Geocaching in Tucson : Wildflowers

I notice things more when I’m geocaching (and carrying my camera).  Tammy and I found the first cache at GC647YJ and was on our way to GCTMD0, we passed these flowers.

I don’t know what the flowers are for sure. Could be desert marigolds or brittlebush. I’m not good at wildflower identification but I think they’re pretty.  I actually think they might be growing in my frontyard now as when I weed I’m letting the wildflowers grow.

You can use the Amazon search bar to do any search at Amazon like I did today with “southwest wildflowers”. I like that the results is a mix of seeds and books. I’m trying to grow wildflowers in my frontyard to create a low-water garden but still be pretty. Desert wildflowers are pretty hardy.
